Celebrating Success: Obtaining ISO 9001:2015 Certification

Consulting services are not only about technically viable solutions fitting customer requirements. It is also about the overall service execution and quality through the lifecycle of our relationship with our partners. Over the last 3 years, we managed to grow significantly, and our delivery capacity has outgrown our back-office functions. We realized that we must improve the way we serve our customers.
This was our main driving factor to go for the ISO 9001:2015 Certification.
A certification award from a respected auditor is an important milestone in Zatopek Consulting’s history.
Special thanks go to the operation team, who not only consolidated and prepared the mandatory inputs but also led the whole company through the certification process. 

The ISO 9001 certificate is a guarantee that the company produces quality products or provides quality services. The established quality management system guarantees trustworthy relationships with customers and suppliers.  

The currently valid version of ISO 9001:2015, issued in Slovakia as STN EN ISO 9001:2016.  

The standard addresses the process approach within customer-supplier relationships.    

This basic principle must be applied when implementing a quality system and subsequently defended in a certification audit.
