ČEZ Group struggled with a fragmented, inefficient payment processing. Each subsidiary processed payments independently in its own ERP system, relying on custom-built enhancements and outdated MultiCash terminals. This led to operational inconsistencies, high costs, and compliance risks. Integrating MultiCash with other systems was unsustainable, especially with the transition to SAP S/4HANA. ČEZ needed a centralized, scalable solution to streamline payments, enhance control, and meet global compliance standards.
