To meet the client’s needs, we implemented SAP FI and Treasury modules and deployed ZAC—our proven, scalable, solution for NAV calculation—tailored to their unique processes and requirements. We fine-tuned ZAC’s Fund master data, NAV structure, fee calculation formulas, and price determination logic, proving its adaptability to complex processing models. This flexibility ensured a seamless fit for their operations. Before implementation, our Treasury and FI experts, specialising in asset management, conducted a swift yet thorough analysis. Their insights drove the creation and approval of a robust Business Blueprint, ensuring high-quality delivery—on time, within budget, and beyond expectations—while setting the stage for long-term success.
